Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Long Hanborough, Lower Road
Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 9 March 2020 Coming into force: 16 March 2020 This Order is being introduced because of carriageway resurfacing work which is anticipated to be completed 3 April 2020. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Lower Road. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via the A40 to Witney East, the B4022 and the A4095 to Long Hanborough & vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref. T7210/AC)
Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Lew, A4095 - Lew Heath Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 23 March 2020 Coming into force: 31 March 2020 This Order is being introduced because of road improvement works which are anticipated to be complete 24 April 2020. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding along the A4095 through Lew village to the junction with Station Road, Brize Norton. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Main Road Curbridge, Downs Road, A40, Brize Norton Road, and Station Road and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref. T7184/AC)

Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 9 March 2020 Coming into force: 18 March 2020 This Order is being introduced because of fibre optic cables works which are anticipated to be completed by 27 March 2020. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in Cross's Lane. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road.
The alternative route for traffic will be signed locally. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref T7303/AC)_
(WEST OXFORDSHIRE DISTRICT) (DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT N0.13) ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The orders further amend the (Cherwell District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2007; the (West Oxfordshire District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2006, and the (Bicester) (Traffic Regulation) Order 1992 with the effects of providing new Disabled Parking bays, and remove those no longer required, as listed below:
