NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order will further amend: The Oxfordshire County Council (Headington Central) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2005, The Oxfordshire County Council (Girdlestone Road) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2006, The Oxfordshire County Council (Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2004, The Oxfordshire County Council (East Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone Waiting Restrictions and Traffic Management) Order 2010, and The City of Oxford (Headington West) (Controlled Parking Zone) Order 2000. The effect of the proposals is to exclude the following properties from availability to apply for Residents and Visitors Parking Permits in accordance with planning permissions:

1. Headington Central -111 London Road (Flats 1 & 2),



2. Girdlestone Road - 1 Everard Close; Warren Crescent (10 new properties between (but not including) Nos.31 &33),



3. Summertown -195 Banbury Road (Flats 1 & 2),



4. East Oxford - 6 Collins Street (Flats 1 to 24),



5. Headington West - 27 Grays Road.

. Copies may be made available on request. Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below by the 19 June 2020. (PARKING PLACES FOR PEDAL CYCLES, OXFORD)

CONSOLIDATION (VARIATION) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all enabling legislation. The Order is an amendment to the Oxfordshire County Council (Parking Places for Pedal Cycles, Oxford) Consolidation (Variation) Order 2009, with the effect of amending existing provisions, as well as introducing additional pedal cycle parking facilities as follows:

? New Road - extend/increase the existing cycle parking on the northeast side outside of Nuffield College,



? Queen Street - introduce 7 new sections of additional cycle parking on: a) the north side outside Nos.31-35, and b) south side outside of Nos.13-20,



? Ship Street - amend the existing & introduce additional cycle parking located to the west of Turl Street,



? Speedwell Street - extend the existing cycle parking on the north side, and introduce additional cycle parking on the south side, at the junction with St Aldates,



? Turl Street - introduce additional sections of cycle parking on the east side at the junction with Brasenose Lane, and on



? Wellington Square - extend the existing cycle parking on the east side near to the Oxford University Admissions building.

1. (CITY OF OXFORD AND NORTH HINKSEY) (BUS LANES, CYCLE LANES AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (VARIATION NO.10) ORDER 2020.

2. (CITY OF OXFORD) (CENTRAL AREA) (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (VARIATION NO.12) ORDER 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 18 May 2020 Oxfordshire County Council made above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The orders, which come into force on 25 May further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (City of Oxford and North Hinksey) (Bus Lanes, Cycle Lanes and Traffic Management) Order 2006, and the Oxfordshire County Council (City of Oxford) (Central Area) (Traffic Management) Consolidation Order 2003. Plans are in hand to use camera enforcement at various sites against unauthorised vehicles using bus lanes, so as to ensure unrestricted bus movement. The effect of order 1. is also as follows:

a) Barton Fields - the Bus Lane is being extended from the development site across the A40 dual carriageway to its junction with Foxwell Drive, Northway for local bus traffic (and cycles) only;



b) Botley Road, north side - the bus lane will be extended across the entrance to Seacourt Park & Ride so as to run continuously from West Way towards Oxford;



The effect of order 2. is also as follows:

c) Castle Street, to regularise the use and permitted access and exemptions for the continuous bus lane from its junction with Paradise Street through the whole length of Norfolk Street to Speedwell Street at its junction with the Westgate Centre deliveries access road adjacent to Old Greyfriars Street;



d) St. Aldates, northbound - to formalise the short section of bus lane at the junction with Thames Street.



e) Both orders include permission for vehicles being used by the Blood Bike Charity to use bus lanes only when necessary for emergency delivery/collection of blood and organ related products. Documents giving more details of the proposals are available for public inspection online by visiting:

If you wish to question the validity of either order or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Orders, you may within six weeks from 18 May 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
