ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) & (7) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Sparsholt Village - 30 mph Speed Limit Date of Order: 2 March 2020 Coming into force: 9 March 2020 1. This Order is being introduced because of safety concerns regarding the site entrance to the development at Sparsholt Manor which is anticipated to take 18 months to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in excess of 30 mph between the junction of the B4507 and Sparsholt Village. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. The Schedule to the Oxfordshire County Council (Sparsholt Parish) (30 Miles per Hour Speed Limit) Order 2009 shall be temporarily amended for the duration of the works. (Ref.T7479/RAG)
