(Section 17) Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence which is punishable by a maximum fine up to level 5 on the standard scale.
Take notice that an application for a premises licence has been made by Oxford Finest Limited whose relevant licensing activities are the sale and supply of alcohol in conjunction with the sale and supply of food at the premises situate at 27 Upper Bar, Cowley, Oxford, OX4 3UX to the following licensing authority Oxford City Council, Licensing Authority, St Aldates Chambers, 109 St Aldates, Oxford 0X1 1 DS where the record of the application may be inspected. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations about this application in writing to the relevant licensing authority by 11th September 2020
