Application Under The Licensing Act 2003 - Oxford Brookes University

Oxford Brookes University has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Oxford Brookes University Wheatley Campus, Wheatley, OX33 1HX, to conduct the following activities: (a) sale of alcohol between 08:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday; (b) provision of regulated entertainment, namely plays, films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and similar and the provision of facilities for the performance of music and for dancing, between 09:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday; (c) provision of late night refreshment between 23:00 and 01:00 Monday to Sunday; (d) provision is also made for one Annual Ball per year when licensable activities may continue until 06:00 and for six extended events per year when licensable activities may continue until 02:00.
