NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION AND COMING INTO OPERATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257/261
AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 Public Path Diversion Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257/261 The Oxfordshire County Council Sutton Courtenay Footpath No 12 (Part) Public Path Temporary Diversion Order 2019 On 22nd August 2019, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed the above Order, made on 4th July 2019, under section S257 and 261 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 ('The Act'). The effect of the Order is to temporarily divert 659m of Sutton Courtenay Fp 12 that runs eastwards across the Sutton Courtenay Landfill Site from OS Grid Ref SU 5130 to the B4016 Appleford Road at SU 5195 9388 to a line running for 986m around the northern (outer) edge of the Landfill Site from SU 5130 9387 northwards to SU 5134 9410, eastwards to SU 5150 9409, north-eastwards to SU 5159 9414, south-eastwards (and running parallel with the B4016) to SU 5190 9399 and south-south-eastwards to SU 5195 9388 where it joins Fp 13 as shown on the Order map. Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX11ND at the price of £3.50 per copy. The Order came onto force on 22nd August 2019 but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the 5th September 2019. The County Council will consider all correspondence, objections and representations received in response to this consultation. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public. Dated: 5th September 2019
