OXFORD City Stars are back on the ice with a trip to the capital this weekend.
Dean Birrell’s side travel to Romford to take on Raiders 2 in NIHL Division 1 South.
Stars had last weekend off, but will be looking to build on their excellent 4-1 win over Solent Devils on January 9.
It is only their second away trip since November 14, when they beat Invicta Dynamos 2-1.
Stars have already played Raiders twice this season and the sides will become very familiar again over the next fortnight, with the Romford outfit travelling to Oxpens on Sunday, January 30.
This weekend’s hosts claimed the spoils when they first met in early October, triumphing 5-3, before Theo Bundock’s late winner gave the Oxfordshire side a 3-2 home success in November.
