The Puritans visit sixth-placed Tamworth in Pitching In Southern League Premier Central, three days after losing 1-0 at Farnborough in the Buildbase FA Trophy.
Banbury are third in the table, just four points behind leaders Coalville Town with three games in hand.
Elsewhere, two Oxfordshire sides face two Division 1 Central high-fliers.
Didcot Town, in 12th, are on the road at third-placed AFC Dunstable.
Second-bottom Wantage Town are at home to Berkhamsted, who sit fourth.
