GAVIN Whyte won his second international cap for Northern Ireland last night.
The Oxford United winger, who scored on his senior debut against Israel last month, came on as a 58th-minute substitute against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The 22-year-old quickly had a chance to make it two goals in as many games, but he twice hit the post - once shortly after coming on and again in stoppage-time.
Northern Ireland lost the UEFA Nations League Group B3 game 2-0 in Sarajevo.
Whyte will return to the U's squad in time to be available for Saturday's Sky Bet League One game at Bristol Rovers.
