Henley Business School has secured its highest-ever ranking in a global leaderboard created by the Financial Times.

By climbing 19 places, it has achieved a global ranking of 33 in the Executive MBA ranking 2025, making it the most improved UK business school this year.

Professor Anne Dibley, head of post-experience and apprenticeship programmes, said: "We are delighted to have climbed 19 places in the world rankings to number 33.

"This is testament to our relentless focus on inspiring our students to develop personally and professionally, throughout the programme."

Henley Business School is part of Reading University and has a campus in Greenlands, near Henley.

One of the major factors contributing to Henley's success was its top UK ranking for the calibre of students entering its Executive MBA programme.

It rose 23 spots globally to reach eighth place in this category.

Henley was also ranked in the top three in the UK for career progress and in the top 10 in the UK for salary growth.

Other areas of distinction for the business school included being ranked in the world top 10 for both student calibre and the international dimension of the programme, and in the world top 30 for diversity credentials, with strong gender balance and international representation.

For the second year in a row, Henley secured the UK top spot for overall alumni satisfaction and it also ranked first in the world for the representation of women on its advisory board.
