This comes only several days after travellers on the same route faced significant delays after a fatal crash on the M40.
The lorry crash on April 30 killed a 50-year-old lorry driver, named locally as Justin Buxton, who is believed to be from Rugby in Warwickshire.
The cause of the latest delays are yet to be confirmed.
