KIM DEMCZAK, 41, of Fox Close, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police/court bail on March 26 this year at Banbury Police Station. He was fined £40. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £141.

CAE PARKER, 36, of Teviot Road, Tilehurst, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker in Oxford on October 28, 2022, possession of a Class A drug, namely cocaine, possession of a Class B drug – namely cannabis, and one count of common assault of an emergency worker. He was given a community order to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity and was ordered to pay £75 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

DUNCAN TILLER, 48, of Cozens Grove, Shrivenham, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Swindon on February 20 this year 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving without a licence and driving without third-party insurance. He was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. He was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £100. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

BRIDIE LITTLE, 34, of Carterton Mobile Home Park, Carterton, pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by careless driving of a young child in Wycombe Road, Carterton on November 7, 2022. She was jailed for 26 weeks and disqualified from driving for two years. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

JASON LEWIS, 24, of Butts Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Kidlington on October 2 last year. He was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £350. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £140.

MARTIN COX, 51, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker on March 5 this year in Abingdon as well as using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, one count of criminal damage of a sound proof sheeted wall belonging to Thames Valley Police, as well as one breach of a criminal behaviour order. He was given a community order to complete three months of alcohol treatment and six days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £75. There were no other orders for costs.
