Police "have been busy" over the past few weeks trying to locate a man for his connection with an assault, non-fatal strangulation and threats to kill.

The 25-year-old, Cameron Riordan, is linked to the offences which took place in Fettiplace Road, Headington, in Oxford at around 6am on Thursday November 9.

Riordan is around 6ft 2ins tall, of slim build and is known to frequent Blackbird Leys.

Thames Valley Police said in a public post: "We've been busy trying to locate him, who's got links to Blackbird Leys, but anyone who knows where he is should please get in touch.

"Cameron, please come forward as soon as possible."

Anyone who sees Riordan is advised to not approach him but call 999 instead.
