A van driver has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of cannabis just three weeks after being arrested for the same offence.

The driver, who was stopped by police in Launton, Bicester, was placed on a drug wipe and allegedly failed it for cannabis.

Cannabis was also found in the vehicle, police have said.

Further checks showed the driver had been arrested only three weeks prior for the same offences.
