House prices in Oxford have gone up by an average of more than £5,000 in the month of May, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in May 2022 average house prices in Oxford reached £465,504.

This was up from £460,364 in April, representing over a 1.1 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 4.8 per cent.
