A MAN has been charged with arson with intent to endanger after a house fire.

Daniel Boore, 32, of Elm Close, Carterton, was arrested in connection with a blaze in the same road at 12.30pm on Friday.

Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, Boore was charged specifically with one count each of arson with recklessness as to whether life would be endangered, and possession with a knife/bladed article in a public place.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
Police have urged people not to take pictures of the house as the investigation is still ongoing.
