REBECCA CASEMORE, 32, of Sandown Road, Bicester, admitted drink driving a Ford Fiesta in Middleton Road, Bucknell, on January 25. Tests showed she had 54mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge, banned from the road for a year and must pay a £22 victim surcharge.

CHERYL JAMES, 52, of Rymill Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving a Mini One on Banbury Road, Kidlington, while over the limit for cocaine. She was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay £74 in costs and surcharge.

STEPHEN FRIDAY, 47, of Willow Drive, Bicester, admitted assaulting a police officer in Buchan Road, Bicester, on March 31. He must pay £250 in compensation, complete up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £40 in costs.

MATTHEW MANLY, 44, of Simmons Way, Hook Norton, pleaded guilty to simple possession of cocaine in Banbury. He was given a six month conditional discharge and must pay a £22 victim surcharge.

PAULO DEJESUS-GOMEZ, 33, of Cottesmore Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Broad Street, Oxford, on April 24. The magistrates imposed a £40 fine and a £40 victim surcharge.

ANDREW ACHILLEOS, 60, of Liverpool Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to stealing clothing worth £825 from John Lewis in Oxford on May 16. He was given a 12 week prison sentence suspended for a year, with the court record noting Achilleos had a ‘flagrant disregard for people and their property’. He must pay £170 in compensation to John Lewis.

SHANE CANTWELL, 55, of Busby Close, Stonesfield, was found guilty of assaulting a woman and thereby causing her actual bodily harm in Kidlington on October 8 last year. He was ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work and up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a community order. He must pay £775 in costs and a £95 victim surcharge.

SHAYNE ALMOND, 31, of Reading Close, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Kia Ceed on London Road, Bicester, on December 12. Tests showed he had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £250, banned from driving for 20 months and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

LEE COPPING, 25, of Tangham Walk, Basildon, admitted driving an Audi TT in George Street, Bicester, while uninsured, unlicensed and over the cannabis drug-drive limit. He was fined £200 and banned from the road for three years. The district judge ordered that he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

REBECCA EYTON, 37, of Halestrap Way, Kings Sutton, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes A160 in Hilton Road, Banbury, and being drunk in charge of two children under the age of seven. Tests showed she had 113mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath – more than three times the legal limit. She was ordered to stay sober for 90 days, with her alcohol abstinence monitored by a tag. She must complete up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and was banned from driving for two years. The magistrates ordered she pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

NATHAN COX, 34, of Cricket Road, Oxford, admitted two breaches of a non-molestation order, committed when he sent emails to a woman in Oxford. He was ordered to complete up to 55 days’ worth of probation programmes. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim until November 2023. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

ROLAND HOLMAN, 66, of Crossways, Woodley, was given a nine month alcohol rehabilitation order for threatening to ‘burn down the family home’, beating a woman and racially-abusing a detention officer at Abingdon police station in April. He must pay £100 compensation to the officer and a restraining order bans him from contacting the victim of the assault until November 2023.
