Based on Mill Street, The Lamb Inn boasts a large pub garden, historical decor, fully equipped commercial kitchen, and a 'well-stocked' bar.

It claims to be the oldest and the only 17th century thatched property in the town.

The reason given for the sale is that the owners are retiring after 27 years of ownership.

New owners will have the choice to keep the old pub running or there is already pre-planning advice for plans to turn it into a hotel or housing.

Above the pub itself is three-bedroom accommodation that is also for sale.
