A reported fight between two men saw them brandishing dog chains as weapons.
Thames Valley Police received reports of the altercation in Oxford on Wednesday.
At around 5.10pm, officers received a report of two men fighting at the junction of Blackbird Leys Road and Cuddesdon Road.

The two men are believed to have been using dog chains as weapons.
Both men are both described as white, aged in their 30s, both with slim builds and around 5ft 9ins tall.
One of the men is believed to have been in a white Landrover.
Thames Valley Police is now appealing for witnesses following the reports.
Sergeant Dominique Lucas, based at Oxford police station, said: “This fight occurred at a time of day where I believe there will have been witnesses.
“I am appealing to anybody who saw what happened or who has dash-cam, CCTV or doorbell footage of the incident to call 101, quoting reference number 43220016414 or make a report online.
“You can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
