A fox has been spotted roaming inside an Oxford college.
William Whyte, Professor of Social and Architectural History at St John's College, tweeted a photo of the animal in a doorway this morning.

The professor posted a further tweet with a picture of the red fox curled up on a doormat.

Animal welfare charity Wildlife Aid said it was 'very odd behaviour' for the fox to be indoors.
Other Twitter users also expressed their concern about its health.
Andrew Spacey said: "This is a very weary old fox seeking help I think - perhaps needs checking out by a vet. It's sometimes the case that after a few days rest in a shelter, given some extra vitamins and minerals and what not a fox can transform. A call to local RSPCA?"
