MORE crisp shortages have been spotted at Oxford supermarkets.
Walkers crisps were completely out of stock last night at Tesco on St Aldate's, with delivery dates noted as November 22.
The meal-deal staples were no where to be seen with delivery dates listed for the end of November.
Sainsburys on Magdalen Street also had no meal-deal crisps in stock.
While Sainsbury's had no mulitpacks in stock, Tesco appeared to have been recently restocked with a small selection of bags available in the corner of the store.
Walkers said production is running on a 'reduced scale'.
In a statement, the crisp giant told the BBC the company is doing “everything” they can to return the supply to normal.
Bosses said: "Our sites are still making crisps and snacks, but at a reduced scale.
"We're doing everything we can to increase production and get people's favourites back on shelves. We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused."
