A DRIVER has been slapped with a fine after drug-driving on the A34.
Gordon David Gregory, of Minsthorpe Lane in South Elmsall, had 2.6mcg of cannabis in his blood when he drove his Ford Transit van on the A34 in Marcham on December 17 last year.
In the UK, the legal limit for Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis, is 2 microgrammes per litre of blood.

At Oxford Magistrates' Court on October 25, the 38-year-old admitted the charge.
He was fined £378, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £38 and court costs of £250.
He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
