RICHARD MOORE, 57, of Queens Avenue, Kidlington, was fined £660 and given six points after the magistrates found that he failed to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of having committed a road traffic offence. He was ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

BOLARINWA OSUNLALU, 41, of Epsom Way, Bicester, admitted speeding on Farnham Road, Slough. He was caught doing 36mph in the 30 zone. He was fined £384, given three points and ordered to pay £128 in costs and surcharge.

PRECIOUS PEART, 21, of Lavender Road, Bicester, was fined £155 and given six points for doing 67mph in the 40 zone on the A41 at Bicester. She admitted speeding and was ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

RIA PHIPPS, 34, of Peppercorn Avenue, Oxford, was found to have been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was clocked doing 57mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates fined her £440, imposed four points and ordered she pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

BARRY ROBERTS, 37, of Stocks Lane, Steventon, admitted speeding. He was clocked at 68mph on the A34 at Radley, a 60mph limit. He was fined £266, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ANGELA STEERS, 57, of Green Hill, Oxford, was found to have been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was caught driving at 50mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates fined her £220, imposed three points and ordered she pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

TOM STOCKFORD, 25, of Oxford Road, Abingdon, was fined £113 and given three points after he admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

JEREMY TINTON, 59, of Lavender Place, Carterton, was found to have failed to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

ROBERT JONES, 41, of Meadowside, Abingdon, failed to identify the driver of a BMW three series suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was fined £660, banned from driving for a year due to repeat offending and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

FABIEN WINTER, 28, of Blackmoor Croft, Birmingham, was banned from driving for 14 days after he admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was caught doing 56mph on the 40 zone road. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

DAMIEN DAVIES, 29, of Pochard Place, Blackbird Leys, pleaded guilty to assaulting three police officers in Abingdon last August. He was given an 18 month community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and up to 40 rehabilitation days. Davies must pay £225 compensation and £180 in costs and surcharge.

RAYMOND YATES, 65, of Church Road, Iver Heath, admitted doing 101mph on the M40 at Bodicote, Oxfordshire, in February. He was banned from the roads, fined £692 and was ordered to pay £154 in costs and surcharge.

AIDEN TIMPERLEY, 31, of Holloway Road, Witney, was sentenced to 16 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months after he pleaded guilty to three breaches of a non-molestation order. The court register noted that only a custodial sentence was justified as Timperley had repeatedly breached the order, had been abusive to the woman the order was meant to protect, and was aggravated by his ‘failure to take responsibility’. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation, complete a 12 month alcohol rehabilitation programme and do up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions.

JAKE TROTTER, 28, of Jack Argent Close, Oxford, admitted causing a woman actual bodily harm in Oxford between June 3 and 5 and damaging his victim’s TV. Trotter had been ‘fuelled by alcohol’ and had committed a similar offence before, the court record noted. He was sentenced to four months’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half and ordered to comply with a nine month alcohol addiction treatment programme and up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim or going to an address in Oxford indefinitely. He must pay £450 compensation.

KYLE FARLEY, 21, of Broome Way, Banbury, must complete 140 hours of unpaid work as part of an 18 month community order after he admitted to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in August. He was banned from driving for two years and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

JORDAN WEBB, 24, who gave a care of address of Hogarth Place, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to driving a personalised plate VW Golf on Abingdon Road, Drayton, on March 23, 2020, while over the cannabis drug-driving limit. He was banned from driving for a year and must complete 60 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order. The magistrates ordered he pay a £95 victim surcharge.

CHARLOTTE MCCOLLIN, 29, of Botley Road, Oxford, has been banned from Blackbird Leys or Templars Square shopping centre for three years.

She was found guilty in her absence of breaching a closure order banning anyone apart from the residents or emergency service workers from going into a property in Sandy Lane. She was also found guilty of stealing £12-worth of alcohol from Sainsbury’s on March 8.

She was given a 12 month community order with a six month curfew and a drug rehabilitation programme.

As part of her sentence the magistrates imposed a three year criminal behaviour order banning her from Blackbird Leys, Greater Leys or Templars Square Shopping Centre. She must not remain on shop premises if asked to leave by staff, a manager or the shop’s owner.

McCollin was ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge.

MARTIN FISHER, 53, of Quebec Road, Henley-on-Thames, was given a two year conditional discharge after he pleaded guilty to harassing a woman by delivering a book and magazine to her along with message. On one occasion he spoke to her in the street. A restraining order bans him from going to a address in Henley for three years and he must pay £322 in costs and surcharge.

MIHAI BITU, 28, of Fergusson Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to possession of an offensive weapon – a metal suspension iron – in Parsons Street, Banbury, and driving a BMW five series without a licence or insurance. He must complete 200 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order. He was fined £230, given six penalty points on his licence and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
