POSITIVE cases of coronavirus in Oxfordshire have risen by 33 in the latest figures.
One death was reported in the county in the latest statistics, released by the Government.
The death was one of six recorded within 28 days of a positive test in the UK.
The new cases were recorded as follows:
- Oxford (11)
- Cherwell (11)
- South Oxfordshire (eight)
- Vale of White Horse (zero)
- West Oxfordshire (three)
These latest figures mean there has now been a total of 34,638 recorded cases of Covid-19 in the county.

Across the UK, 7,540 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported today.
Between June 3 and today, 41,889 people had a confirmed positive test result.
This shows an increase of 66 per cent compared to the previous seven days.

This shows an increase of 43 per cent compared to the previous seven days.
The latest vaccination figures reveal that more than 40.7 million people have been given a first dose, while more than 28.5 million people have been given a second dose.
