POLICE tape sealed off a section of Cowley Road after an incident last night.
At least two police cars and an ambulance were spotted on the busy road just after 11pm yesterday.
Photos shared by Cowley resident Amir Ali show part of it closed off.

Amir Ali, who works on the street, saw the aftermath of the incident. He said: "In front of the Majliss Indian restaurant, there is a Deliveroo bag on the floor and some takeaway bags - and it looks like blood on the floor.
"I guess a fight must have happened.
"Police told everyone to go from the area except witnesses."
