OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

AARON BOTLEY, 19, of Combe Road, Stonesfield, admitted driving without a licence on Dunnock Way, Oxford, on September 8. He was fined £26, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

SIMEON CAMPBELL, 34, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted speeding in a 40mph zone on the A41 near Bicester on September 6. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

ADAM CWIKLINSKI, 42, of Lord Grandison Way, Banbury, admitted driving without third party insurance on Lapsley Drive, Banbury, on September 21. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Hi driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

MATTHEW ELKINGTON, 40, of Broughton Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence in Banbury on February 12. In the court documents it said his provisional licence had expired. He was fined £810, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90.

ELIAS FRANCISCO-ROCHA, 54, of Peachcroft Road, Abingdon, admitted driving without third party insurance and a licence on Copenhagen Drive, Abingdon, on February 5. He was fined £283, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JOHN HINE, 46, of Hornbeam Road, Bicester, admitted speeding on the M40 from junction 9 to junction 8A on January 18. He was fined £454, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

TRISTIAN LONG, 23, of Meadow Close, Oxford, admitted speeding in a 70mph zone on the M4 between junction 13 and 12 on January 17. He was fined £191, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

THOMAS O'GORMAN, 30, of Fieldfare Close, Bicester, admitted driving without third party insurance on Springfield Avenue, Banbury on September 18. He was fined £298, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

RAYMOND SANTO, 19, of Nuffield Road, Oxford, admitted driving without third party insurance on September 27 on the A40 on London Road, Oxford. He was fined £174, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JASON STEVENS, 41, of Old London Road, Chipping Norton, admitted driving without third party insurance on Murdock Road, Bicester on September 18. He was fined £215, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

FERREIRA VINEBALDO, 35, of Weldon Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on Garsington Road, Cowley, on September 18. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

CAROLINE WHITE, 54, of Bostock Road, Abingdon, admitted speeding in a 50mph zone on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford on February 3. She was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

GAVIN SMITH, 34, of Westlands Drive, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance in Oxford. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

FREDRICK MCCALLUM, 73, of Littleworth, Faringdon, admitted assault by beating a woman on November 25, 2020 in Littleworth. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £250.

ALEXANDER BURROWS, 53, of Sandford Road, Oxford, admitted being in possession of six wraps of cocaine, a class A drug, and three wraps of diamorphine (heroin), a class A drug, in Oxford on August 19. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

BARTOSZ PRZYBLOWICZ, 28, of Linacre Close, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on Broadway, Didcot on January 12. He had 76mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

JOSEPH MOURIER, 31, of Hurst Road, Cumnor, admitted assault by beating of a woman in Oxford on January 3. He was jailed for nine weeks, suspended for two years because the offence is 'so serious' and the assault was in public whilst he was drunk combined with his previous record of offending on other partners. As part of the suspended sentence he must also have treatment for his alcohol dependency under the direction of Turning Point or Probation for nine months. He was also made subject to a restraining order and must not visit the victim unless he is invited and must not consume alcohol in her presence until 2023. He must pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

STEPHANIE GRANTHAM, 26, of Danes Road, Bicester, admitted assault by beating of a woman in Bicester on July 16, 2020 and criminal damage to the roof of a car, costing £40, on the same day. She was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £140, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

ROGER RADBURN, 45, of O' Hanlon House, Oxford, admitted theft by finding at Oxford Railway Station on Park End Street on January 14. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

DANIEL FRANKHAM, 35, of Cherry Tree Road, Harwell, admitted assault by beating of a woman in Didcot on February 6. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

DAMON DIXON, 34, of Bullingdon, Bicester, admitted sending indecent or offensive communications on June 4, 2020. He was jailed for eight weeks consecutive to prison sentence currently being served. He must not contact the victim and will also pay compensation of £100.
