OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

JOAN BENNETT, 79, of Fairmile, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph zone on Beggarsbush Hill, Benson, on February 13. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

BARTLOMIEJ ZIELINSKI, 28, of Humber Close, Didcot, admitted driving at 64mph in a 30mph zone on Bessel’s Way, Blewbury, on February 24. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for 35 days.

IAN BOUND, 35, of Bagley Close, Kennington, admitted harassment by breach of a restraining order on March 17. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

RICHARD HOWSON, of West End, Launton, admitted breaching an enforcement made by Cherwell District Council on May 3, 2013 by continuing to store workshop items, trailers, metal works, metal containers, metal sheeting and other items in open land. He was fined £6,000, ordered to pay costs of £6,000 and a victim surcharge of £181.

KIERON WHITE, 23, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Coventry Magistrates’ Court on December 3, 2019 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on February 5 and 26 and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse. He was fined £100.

HICHAM KARMOUH, 43, of Hamden Road, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on February 20 on Hampden Road, Oxford. He was fined £184, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the bag of cannabis to be destroyed.

JILL KIRKWOOD, 58, of Bowgrave Copse, Abingdon, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on the A4183 in Oxford Road, Abingdon on August 22 and 24. She was fined £292, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

MIA MORRIS, 25, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching the supervision requirements following a release from prison by being out of contact from February 9 and failing to provide an excuse. She was fined £20.

BOGDAN PETRACHE, 30, of West Street, Banbury, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Reading Magistrates’ Court on September 3 by failing to attend an unpaid work session on February 23 and not giving a reasonable excuse. He was fined £100.

STEPHEN DAWSON, 19, of Newlands Avenue, Didcot, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 17 by failing to attend supervision on February 8 and 22 and failing to give a reasonable excuse. He was fined £100.

MATTHEW MUNDY, 35, of Waynflete Road, Headington, admitted breaching the supervision requirements following a release from prison by failing to attend a telephone appointment on February 23 and not having a reasonable excuse. He was fined £50.

GRANT BECKLEY, 19 , of Chalvey Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on November 8 in Bicester. He had 141mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He also admitted driving whilst disqualified and driving without third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

CONOR STACEY, 24, of The Orchard, Wantage, admitted assault by beating a man on August 18 in Stanford-in-the-Vale. He was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

THOMAS BRANNAGAN, 29, of Papist Way, Wallingford, was convicted of driving at 44mph in a 30mph zone on Reading Road in Cholsey on August 18. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

KELLY BRETT, 26, of White Hart Way, Oxfordshire, admitted driving at 61mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 in Wytham on August 18. She was fined £81, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

MICHAEL BUTLER, 25, of Station Road, Chinnor, was convicted of failing to give information about the identification of a driver when required between November 26 and December 14 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

PETER CAPON, 38, of Allin Close, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information about the identity of a driver when required between October 5 and November 2 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ROWAN FULLER, 48, of Peppard Common, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on the B481 Rotherfield Peppard on September 23. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

LEONARD GRAHAM, 64, of Foundry Street, Banbury, was convicted of driving at 41mph in a 30mph zone on Stanley Hill, Amersham on August 21. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

ELENDA ILIYASOVA, 40, of Rowan Grove, Oxford, admitted driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 in Chiselhampton on September 18. She was fined £153, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

NICHOLAS JONES, 58, of Morris Drive, Banbury, admitted driving at 67mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 in Wytham on August 23. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.
