POLICE officers have taken a car after finding it abandoned in Oxford city centre.
Officers from the Thames Valley Police roads policing team passed the Honda vehicle in Red Lion Square this afternoon.
Police subsequently discovered the car had no insurance and then seized the abandoned vehicle.
The roads policing team took to Twitter to describe the incident, and posted a warning to the driver.
They said: “If the driver wants to have a chat please feel free to call us.”
