STAFF at the Coop were ordered to get cash out of the till by a knife-wielding robber. 

The thug, who is described as being white and in his 40s, was also wearing a shiny black puffer jacket and balaclava when he walked into the Didcot store on Lockstock Place at 7.15am on Tuesday morning. 

He stole cash before making a getaway. 

Police are now hoping somebody saw the incident unfold or captured something vital on CCTV.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Nicola Clark, based at Abingdon police station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident, or anyone who has any information, CCTV or doorbell footage that might help with our investigation to please get in touch.
