A man is being hunted by police after he wound down his window and touched himself inappropriately in front of a woman.

She was walking along Old Road, at the intersection of Old Long Road in Wheatley at around 5.45pm on Saturday when he drove past her in a black estate car and pulled over by the electrical substation.

He touched himself before driving off and the woman walked away.

Investigating officer PC Matthew Harris, of Didcot police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone who may have been walking or driving along the London Road on Saturday evening and may have witnessed the incident to please come forward.

“I would especially like to encourage motorists who were travelling in the area at the time, if you have a dash-cam in your vehicle, please review the footage and make a report if there is anything significant on there."
