AN Oxford rock band will be performing at a live-streamed ‘up-close-and-personal’ charity show in the city this month.

Supergrass will perform from The Bullingdon on August 21 in collaboration with Chicago-based brewery Goose Island, which is launching a new beer.

The show aims to give people a unique perspective of the band’s festival headline set as it will be filmed in 360° and Virtual Reality (VR) direct to your home.

Goose Island’s new beer, a double India pale ale (IPA), is called ‘Mansize Brew Sir?’, named after Supergrass’ track ‘Mansize Rooster’.
