A NEW Indian restaurant in Oxford that has twice had to delay its launch will finally welcome customers on Sunday.
Bhoomi Kitchen in London Road, Headington, will open its doors with an offer for 50 per cent off food and drink for the first week.

The restaurant, opposite The Manor Hospital, was set to begin trading last Thursday, but this was scuppered by 'regulatory issues'.
It came after the coronavirus pandemic prevented the eatery opening on its original start date in early June.
