Advice has been issued to businesses on fire safety as many are reopening following a scaling-back of coronavirus lockdown measures.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service has compiled a list of hazards and measures for reopening businesses.
Traders and business owners are advised to review their risk assessment, keeping escape routes clear and ensuring that new Covid-19 screens do not cause obstructions, check fire safety systems and arrange a refresher of the fire safety policy with staff.
Stuart Hook, protection manager at Cumbria Fire and Rescue service said: "It's really important for businesses to remain fire compliant after an extended time away from the workplace.
"Employers should ensure all fire risk assessments and procedures are up to date and in place."
