Delays as vehicle blocks lane on M40
Drivers are being warned to approach with care after reports of a broken-down vehicle blocking a lane on the M40.
The vehicle is blocking a lane on the M40 junction nine roundabout for Wendlebury and Bicester and causing small delays.
