A WOMAN will appeal against the city council’s decision to stop her keeping a static caravan in a back garden.
Mrs C Munt has appealed against Oxford City Council’s enforcement noticed for having an ‘alleged unauthorised’ self-containing living unit at a property on Marston Road.
The council refused planning permission for the caravan in September 2019, according to a planning reference on its website (19/01969/CEU). There was also an earlier application for the caravan too.
An appeal notice published by the council also lists a different planning reference.
Mrs Munt contends that planning permission should be granted for the caravan.
