A 'GODSEND' donation will help a community group in Oxford deliver food parcels to elderly and vulnerable people stuck in self-isolation.
Volunteers from Barton Community Association who have been working non-stop to ensure that nobody goes to bed without food during the government-enforced lockdown were loaned a brand-new Mini.
The gesture from the BMW Mini plant in Cowley is set to speed up food parcel deliveries during the coronavirus crisis.

One of the many group volunteers, Tanya Field, said the vehicle is 'really a godsend'.
Ms Field is the right-hand woman of the head of Barton Community Association Sue Holden who was praised by many thankful residents who had benefited from the deliveries.
Shops with surplus food and organisations set up for vulnerable people have been donating produce to the Headington-based group.
