A FAST-food brand that has a branch in Oxford city centre is offering 50 per cent discount to NHS staff.
LEON, which has a restaurant on Cornmarket Street, has launched the special offer to support NHS workers who are working tirelessly during the current coronavirus crisis.

It is also supporting people who work in hospitals near to LEON restaurants with free food deliveries.
The brand usually offers 15 per cent discount to NHS staff, but is increasing the discount in recognition of those who are working around the clock and deserve to be rewarded during Covid-19 outbreak.
LEON is also delivering surplus fresh drinks and food to Oxford Food Bank to give iadditional support for those in the most vulnerable situations.

John Vincent, CEO of LEON Restaurants said, “People working in the NHS are already under immense strain and that is clearly going to continue. They deserve all the support we can give them.
"We are also announcing plans on Friday for how we will be supporting the elderly, who are having to self-isolate as well as continuing to serve our customers as best we can.”
Currently, LEON restaurants remain open and offer those working from home or who do not want to venture out the office the opportunity to order on both Deliveroo and UberEats.
All staff are following all current Government protocol to protect both team members and customers.
