UNPRECEDENTED measures are being introduced across London's transport network in response to the worsening Covid-19 outbreak.
People commuting to the capital are urged to abandon plans as a partial shutdown of the Underground is beginning today.

There are 953 people in London who tested positive for the virus, which amounts t0 more than 40 per cent of all confirmed cases in the country.
In Oxfordshire cases have now spiked from 25 to 34 today, according to Public Health England figures.
