CALLUM JORGE SEALE, 18, of Rackham Place, Oxford, admitted drink driving on December 26 on Abingdon Road, Oxford and driving without a licence and without third party insurance. Had 122 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 26 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a fine £300, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 29 months.

JOSEPHINE KELLY WILKES, 58, of Darke Avenue, Didcot, admitted drink driving on December 23 in Didcot. Had 122 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and she must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 29 months.

RICHARD MAGYAR, 23, of Causeway, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway between Aylesbury and Banbury without having paid a fare to a value unknown on August 13. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.70, compensation of £10.70 and court costs of £100.

DYLAN MICHAEL JAMES BURGESS, 22, of Hanney Road, Steventon, admitted failing to cooperate with a roadside breath test at Barton Lane, Abingdon, on November 23. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

JULIAN BREWER, 29, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a sexual offences prevention order by not disclosing the possession of a USB to a public protection officer on January 13 on Abingdon Road, Oxford. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

STEPHEN GORDON TILLIER, 53, of Curtis Avenue, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Abingdon on December 28. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

Christopher JOHN TUFFY, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Abingdon on December 17 and failing to surrender to custody as well as stealing alcohol to the value of £22.50 from Waitrose, Abingdon, on January 7. He was fined a total of £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £50.

Adam BRADLEY COBBE, 25, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted having an offensive weapon - a metal chair leg - while in prison at HMP Bullingdon on September 30. He was jailed for three months and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

Andrew ACHILLEOS, 58, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing fragrances to the value of £415 and again to a value unknown from John Lewis, Oxford, on December 11 and November 23. Also admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison. He was made subject to a community order to include 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay a fine of £100, compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

THOMAS HARRY BADGER, 19, of Kings Close, Letcombe Regis, admitted drink driving on December 29 in Wantage as well as taking a vehicle without the owners consent and driving without a licence and without third party insurance. Had 59 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and he was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

WIOLETA PAWLISIAK, 39, of Kibble Close, Didcot, admitted drink driving on November 9 and October 30 in Didcot. Had 119 mcg and 112 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. Also admitted driving without third party insurance and failing to stop for a constable. He was made subject to a community order to include 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 150 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a fine of £100, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs totalling £170 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

FARAZ AMJAD, 18, of Addison Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on June 20 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

FELIPE AUGUSTO WEILEMANN BELO, 39, of Parsons Mead, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on August 3. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ALEN BIBIC, 23, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 1 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BEN JAMES BULL, 31, of Reliance Way, Long Hanborough, was convicted of speeding by driving 50mph in a 30mph zone on Ducklington Lane, Witney, on October 8. He was fined £335 and must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

PIRLITU DANIEL, 33, of Lakeside, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph zone on June 19 in Witney. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MASSIMO FACCIUTO, 43, of Toen Furze, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 46mph in a 30mph zone on Caversham Road, Reading, on November 15. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

MARK DEREK IRONS, 51, of All Saints Court, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on June 16 in Didcot. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SENEETA KAJOO, 29, of Swinburne Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 84mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 motorway, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire on August 8. She was fined £138 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorse with three penalty points.
