A MAN accused of a sexual assault at Oxford's Folly Bridge is due to appear at court.

Fabricio Costa faces one count of sexual assault on a male.

Prosecutors claim that the 26-year-old of The Phelps, Kidlington, intentionally touched a man aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when he did not consent.

The offence is alleged to have taken place at Oxford's Folly Bridge on January 17 this year.

No formal plea as been entered to the single count.
