AN independent broadband firm has started work to its fibre network in the Oxfordshire countryside.
Airband is helping to deliver the BiRO project (Broadband for Rural Businesses in Oxfordshire) which provides ultrafast broadband to businesses in rural Oxfordshire.

Work started last week on Thame High Street and by June, the company hopes rural areas such as Chinnor, Henley-on-Thames and Sonning Common will see improvements.
Oxfordshire County Councillor, Nick Carter, said: “Faster broadband is a game changer for rural areas and access to ultrafast connectivity will help so many rural businesses to prosper and grow."
