OVER £150,000 was raised at a glittering night in aid of Ronald McDonald House.
A fundraising Glitter Ball was held at Heythrop Park, Chipping Norton on Saturday to help with the construction of the new Ronald McDonald house in Oxford.
The current house is situated at the top of the John Radcliffe Hospital and, with 17 bedrooms, is currently too small for its operation.

The new 62 bedroom house, a short walk away from the hospital, being built is set to be completed this summer.
The total of £158,687 raised from the Glitter Ball will go towards fitting and furnishing.
Jon Haward, executive director of Ronald McDonald House Charities UK said: “With the generosity of our guests and the funds raised, we will be able to make the new house a comfortable home for the families who will stay there.”
Ronald McDonald House provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation for families so they can be moments away from their child in hospital.
