SAMUEL THIERRY HIOBA, 41, of Hornsby Fields, Didcot, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph zone in Buckinghamshire on May 20. He was fined £269 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

IMRAN KAMRAN, 34, of Lakefield Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 58mph in a 50mph zone in Yarnton on April 18. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

PAUL ALAN MARKHAM, 48, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information about the identification of the driver when required in Banbury between July 18 and August 15. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

THEOPHANE UNDERWOOD, 72, of Roger Dudman Way, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford on April 17. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DEAN ALAN KNOTT, 26, of Nuffield Close, Didcot, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on September 9 in Wallingford. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from having a driving licence for six months.

CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM PETER WAITE, 36, of Middleton Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on May 6 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from getting a driving licence for six months.

DALTON RICHARD WILLIAMS, 27, of Cherwell Road, Wallingford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on May 4 in Burcot. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from getting a driving licence for six months.

DONOVON HENDERSON-SOWERBY, 29, of Bushey Ground, Witney, admitted assault by beating a woman on August 2 in Carterton, as well as criminal damage to a Mulberry purse, GHD straighteners, two bank cards, two cabin crew ID cards and two make up bags, to the value of £770. He was made subject to a restraining order and fined £200. He was also ordered to pay compensation, as well as a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

GRANT MARK WALLACE GULLIVER, 28, of Mill Lane, Banbury, admitted harassment and breaching a restraining order on March 9 in Bicester. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, but ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 as well as court costs of £280.

JEFFERY RICHARD BALL, 60, of Harlech Close, Banbury, admitted stealing ham and cheese to the value of £20 from Londis in Banbury on November 12, as well as £7.16 worth of meat from the same shop on November 10. He also admitted stealing shampoo and meat to the value of £100 from the Food Warehouse in Banbury on November 8 and two gammon joins worth £11 from The Co-op in Banbury on November 12. He was fined £200 in total and must pay a total of £38.16 in compensation to the shops.

ARTHUR HENRIQUE ASSUNCAO, 27, of Orchard Way, Bicester, admitted driving a large goods vehicle in West Yorkshire on July 19 without having the insurance to cover him driving it. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from holding or getting a driving licence for 14 days.

SAQLAIN FIAZ, 18, of Eden Drive, Oxfordshire, admitted driving without due care and attention in Headington on May 7. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

NEILS PAIGE, 52, of Main Street, Oxford, admitted driving at more than 30mph in a 30mph zone in Forest Hill. He was fined £538 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £53, as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

MARCUS WRIGHT, 25, of Willow Road, Oxfordshire, admitted driving at more than 40mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 Bicester on September 24. He was fined £127, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

THOMAS LUKE DINWIDDY, 33, of Courtington Lane, Bloxham, admitted speeding by driving at a speed exceeding 70 mph on the M40, near Junction 2 at Beaconsfield on March 20. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

KIERAN BOYD, 23, of Larkhill Place, Abingdon, admitted driving dangerously in Abingdon on April 3 as well as driving without a licence and failing to stop when required. He was made subject to a community order to include 40 hours of unpaid work and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He must also pay a fine of £240, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JASON PAUL I’ANSON, 37, of Mongewell Access Road, Wallingford, admitted obstructing a constable, assaulting a police constable and possession of a quantity of crack cocaine at Park End Street, Oxford, on August 10. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 12 days. He must also pay compensation of £75, a £90 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.

KYLE JONES, 19, of John Morris Road, Abingdon, was ordered to pay £215 compensation after admitting damaging a Red Ford Fiesta and £7.84 for damaging a silver Volvo S40 in West St Helen Street, Abingdon, on October 31. He must also pay costs of £85.

ANDREW RANDALL, 52, of Oakley Road, Chinnor, was fined £200 and banned from driving for 20 months after admitting driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Conigre, Chinnor, on November 1. He was found to have 77mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - the legal limit is 35mcg. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85.

DANIEL RAWLINGS, 23, of Mill Lane, Grove, must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay £75 compensation after admitting entering as a trespasser and stealing charity collection tins to the value of £75 from the Bell Inn, Main Street, Grove on September 7. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and £85 costs.
