THERE was more misery for motorists on the A34 this morning with traffic backed up for 11 miles southbound from Oxford's Hinksey Hill Interchange.
No crashes were reported on the stretch but live feeds showed traffic was heavier than normal on the already-busy route from around 8am.
The road had cleared by 10am.

It follows traffic chaos on the main roads into Oxford yesterday, which was caused by a combination of crashes and roadworks.
Motorists on the A34 southbound faced delays all the way from the Botley Interchange to the Wendlebury Interchange, with nine-mile queues at the height of disruption.
