A PAEDOPHILE threatened to kill young children while playing video games online if they didn't perform sex acts for him.

Depraved pervert Chad Culley appeared at Oxford Crown Court to be sentenced today.

The 22-year-old of Blenheim Drive, Witney, had already admitted causing a child to engage in sexual activity, sexual communication with a child, and two counts of making indecent photographs of a child.

Outlining the case prosecutor Alexandra Bull said that Culley had preyed on three child victims, some as young as nine.

In each case he communicated with them via the internet through playing video games.

Culley told one child that he was a hacker and that he would 'blow up' his home.

The court heard that after the child begged him to end the threats Culley told him he had to 'make it up for it.'

That involved him asking the child to perform a sex act.

A second victim, a nine-year-old, was asked to show his penis to Culley who had claimed to be a member of an online group called the Hurricane Crew.

Culley threatened the boy that that group would murder his family if he didn't agree.

The third victim was told he would be 'marked for death' and was sent pornographic images as well as being asked to take off his trousers.

After his arrest Culley was also found to have two indecent images in his possession.

Judge Nigel Daly agreed to adjourn the case for a psychiatric report and the case will be heard again on March 19.
