Fire engines and an ambulance were sent to deal with the fire on Tuesday evening, and the residents were treated by paramedics.
In a Facebook post, firefighters said crews attended from Rewley Road station in Oxford as well as Kidlington, and were able to quickly put the flames out using a high-pressure hose reel.
