Family home could be turned into a house of multiple occupancy (HMO) in West Oxford.
The Oxford Council's west area planning committee will discuss the application for the house on 18 Addison Crescent in west Oxford to be turned into a multi occupant household on Tuesday at 6pm.

There are concerns that the area already has an overdevelopment of HMO properties.
There are also concerns relating to insufficient bathroom facilities, parking pressure and issues with the size of the bedrooms.
