A driver was stopped for a registration offence and was driving under the influence of drugs.
Thames Valley Police said in a tweet that the driver was stopped in Queens Avenue, Bicester for a registration offence and tested positive for cannabis.

The driver has now been arrested and taken to custody for a blood sample.
