A TEENAGER has been charged by police for stealing a bike, fraud and robbery after a series of incidents in Witney.
Clayton Goldstone, of no fixed address, was charged on Monday (November 4) with two counts of robbery, a count of attempted robbery, fraud and theft of a bicycle.
He was arrested after robberies on Sunday and Monday in Wadards Meadow, Cedar Drive and Bramble Bank in Witney.
During the incidents a man on a bike approached victims from behind and stole items from them.
On one occassion a stolen bank card was later used by the criminal.
Goldstone appeared in Oxford Magistrates' Court yesterday (November 5) but no pleas were entered.
Because of the severity of the accusations he will next appear at Oxford Crown Court on December 6.
