TO MARK World Mental Health Day Templars Square is partnering up with Samaritans, HOPE Oxford and Fegans children’s charity.
Volunteers from the charities will be on hand tomorrow at the Cowley shopping centre between 10am and 2pm to offer support to people struggling with mental health problems and raise awareness.

Paul Jackson, centre manager, said: “Knowing that we’re helping our local community overcome some mental health and emotional problems makes holding these initiatives so important."
He added: "Having volunteers visibly in the centre lets our customers know they are not alone and there are trained people out there who can help. If we can help even just one person by engaging with the local community in this way then it’s one less person lost to mental health.”
